The District generally runs along Vermont Avenue from Highway 101 north to Hollywood Boulevard in East Hollywood, along Hollywood Boulevard from Vermont Avenue west to Edgemont Street, and along Sunset Boulevard from Edgemont Street east to Lyman Place.
